Refund policy

In order to avoid excessive inventory, deadstock and unnecessary production costs, we operate on a made-to-order basis, where each piece is specifically dyed, printed and tailored for you - due to which we cannot accept returns. This includes all online and offline orders placed inside and outside India, bulk orders and wholesale purchases.
However, this allows us to tailor each and every piece from your order as per your requirements, which may include print and colour customisation, custom measurements and minor changes in the pattern.
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Customised products are specially made to suit your requirements (sizing, pattern or print changes), we cannot offer any exchange or return on it.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement get a full refund.
