Our products are made to order hence once placed, your order will take 3-4 weeks (occasionally 3-4 weeks during Indian Monsoon season) to be shipped out. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. We will do our best to make the delivery as short and as seamless as possible.
To make each product in the most ecologically conscious way, a lot of time and meticulous effort is required. Hence, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, an exchange is possible if the customer has issues related to sizing (i.e., size chosen by you and size delivered from us to you do not match).
